V. Vinod Mootha, M.D., is an associate professor of ophthalmology. He received his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine and performed his residency at the University of Wisconsin, Department of Ophthalmology. Dr. Mootha completed his specialty fellowship training in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery was completed at UT Southwestern.
Dr. Mootha is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology as well as the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology. He is also certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
